Saudi Arabia signed the Multilateral Convention on 18 September 2018 to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS (MLI), Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS (MLI) bringing the total number of signatories to 84.
This Convention will swiftly implement a series of tax treaty measures to update international tax rules and lessen the opportunity for tax avoidance by multinational enterprises. The convention has been developed under Action 15 of the BEPS prinfinoject.
