The two Ministers representing Argentina and Singapore, Chancellor George Faurie and Vivian Balakrishnan, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Technical and Triangular Cooperation and made progress in the bilateral talks on economic and trade issues. The Ministers also expressed their intention to sign a bilateral Investment Treaty (TBI) and Double Taxation Agreement (CDI) on September 4, 2017, as negotiations are well advanced.
