The Inland Revenue of Singapore (IRAS) has reminded all companies to file their income tax returns for the 2015 assessment year by 30 November 2015. This is the first year that all companies in Singapore have the e-filing facility. All companies are required to file a tax return, even if no business was conducted, so long as they have received the Form C or Form C-S package. Companies that determine for e-filing get a 15-day extension up to 15 December 2015 to file their tax returns.
