Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) agreement between US and St. Lucia has been entered into force on 1 September, 2016. The agreement was signed on 19 November 2015 to improve international tax compliance with respect to the US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).
