Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs published Letter No. 72/14-612-106482, on 5 August 2024, stating that the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (MCAA) entered into force for Ukraine on 28 June 2024.
This agreement facilitates the automatic exchange of financial account information in accordance with the OECD’s Common Reporting Standard (CRS).
