The Cabinet of Ministers of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has approved the income tax treaty with Qatar On 3 February 2025.
Earlier, the Qatar News Agency, in a press release, said that Qatar and the UAE signed an income tax treaty on Thursday, 30 May 2024.
This treaty is the first between the two Persian Gulf monarchies. Any revisions would be the first to the treaty and must be completed, signed, and ratified before taking effect.
