Korea (Rep.) and Switzerland  On 28 October 2020, the amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) between Korea (Rep.) and Switzerland was entered into force and applies from 1 January 2021.
Germany and Liechtenstein On 27 October 2020, the officials from Germany and Liechtenstein signed an amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) between them.
Hungary and Iraq  On 27 October 2020, the Iraqi parliament approved the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Hungary for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income.
Bahrain and Switzerland  On 27 October 2020, Bahrain’s lower house of the National Assembly approved the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Switzerland.
Cambodia and Malaysia  On 26 October 2020, the Senate of Cambodia approved the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Malaysia.
Cambodia and Korea (Rep.) On 26 October 2020, the Cambodian Senate approved the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Korea (Rep.). The DTA contains Dividends rate 10%, Interest rate 10%, Royalties rate 10%, and technical service fees 10%.
Bangladesh and Czech Republic On 22 October 2020, the lower house of parliament of the Czech Republic approved the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Bangladesh.
Czech Republic and Kyrgyzstan  On 22 October 2020, the lower house of parliament of the Czech Republic approved the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Kyrgyzstan.
Botswana and Czech Republic On 22 October 2020, the lower house of parliament of the Czech Republic approved the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Botswana.
Georgia, Hong Kong and Serbia On 21 October 2020, the Hong Kong Chief Executive in Council has made two orders under the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap. 112) to implement the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Serbia and Georgia.
Albania and Luxembourg  On 21 October 2020, Albania and Luxembourg signed an amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) between them.
Korea (Rep.) and Uzbekistan  On 18 October 2020, the amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) between Korea (Rep.) and Uzbekistan was entered into force and applies from 1 January 2021.
Japan and Uzbekistan On 17 October 2020, the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) between Japan and Uzbekistan was entered into force and applies from 1 January 2021. The DTA contains Dividends rate 5% for at least 25% voting power; otherwise 10%, Interest rate 5%, and Royalties rate 5%.
Switzerland and Ukraine  On 16 October 2020, the amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) between Switzerland and Ukraine was entered into force and applies from 1 January 2021.
Hungary and Pakistan On 14 October 2020, Hungarian President signed the law ratifying the amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Pakistan.
Kazakhstan and Luxembourg  On 14 October 2020, Mr. Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev, the President of Kazakhstan signed a Law ratifying the amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Luxembourg.
Austria and Ukraine  On 9 October 2020, Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers approved the amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Austria.
Botswana and France On 9 October 2020, France ratified the amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Botswana. 
Italy and Uruguay  On 9 October 2020, the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) between Italy and Uruguay was entered into force and applies from 1 January 2021. The DTA contains Dividends rate 5% for at least 10% capital holding; otherwise 15%, Interest rate 10%, and Royalties rate 10%.
Kenya and Singapore  On 8 October 2020, the Kenyan Cabinet approved the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Singapore for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income.
Hungary and Pakistan  On 6 October 2020, the Parliament of Hungary approved the amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Pakistan. 
Cambodia, Korea (Rep.), and Malaysia On 6 October 2020, the Cambodian National Assembly approved the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Korea (Rep.) and Malaysia for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income.
Luxembourg and Russia  On 6 October 2020, the government of Russia authorized to sign the amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Luxembourg.
Georgia and Hong Kong  On 5 October 2020, the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) between Georgia and Hong Kong was signed for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income. The DTA contains Dividends rate 5%, Interest rate 5%, and Royalties rate 5%.
Albania and Kosovo On 2 October 2020, Albania and Kosovo was signed an amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) between them, in Tirana.
Denmark and Germany  On 1 October 2020, Denmark and Germany signed an amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) between them, in Copenhagen.
Belarus, China and Spain  On 1 October 2020, the Spanish lower house of parliament approved the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Belarus and China.
Kazakhstan and Luxembourg  On 1 October 2020, the Senate of Kazakhstan approved the amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Luxembourg.
Malta and Russia  On 1 October 2020, the officials from Malta and Russia signed an amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) between them. 
Gabon and Italy  On 29 September 2020, the Italian Chamber of Deputies approved the law ratifying the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Gabon.
India and Kyrgyzstan  On 25 September 2020, Mr. Sooronbay Jeenbekov, the President of Kyrgyzstan signed a law ratifying the amending protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with India.
Armenia and Kyrgyzstan On 22 September 2020, Kyrgyzstan’s government approved for ratification of the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Armenia for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income.
Cambodia and Indonesia On 28 July 2020, the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) between Cambodia and Indonesia was entered into force and applies from 1 January 2021. The DTA contains Dividends rate 10%, Interest rate 10%, and Royalties rate 10%.
