The Swiss government announced that at the end of June, the Federal Tax Administration (FTA) will for the first time send multinational groups’ country-by-country reports to 35 partner states within the framework of so-called country-by-country reporting on 18th June 2018 under the base erosion profit shifting (BEPS) scheme. The country-by-country reports provide information on the global distribution of revenue, taxes paid and the multinational group’s business activities in different countries.
