The Cabinet has approved an Agreement, on December 26, 204, establishing referral to Parliament the Convention between the Kingdom of Spain and the Republic of Uzbekistan has to avoid double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and on heritage and its Protocol, whose signature authorized the Council of Ministers on 28 June 2013.
The Convention aims to dispense an appropriate tax treatment to the circumstances of taxpayers engaged in economic activities in the international arena, providing a framework of legal and fiscal security that fosters economic exchanges between the two countries and facilitate cooperation between the respective authorities prosecutors in the performance of their duties.
