The amending protocol for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income between India and South Africa enters into force entered into force on 26 November 2014.
The protocol generally applies from 26 November 2014 which was signed on July 26, 2013. Details will be reported subsequently.
