The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) published new FAQs on their website on 19 August 2024.
The FAQs address ECI or Form C-S/ Form C-S (Lite)/ Form C Filing; General Corporate Income Tax Matters; Corporate Income Tax Treatment; Late Payment Penalty or Late Filing Fees (Corporate Income Tax); and Corporate Income Tax Payment/ Refund Matters.
