ZATCA reminded businesses to submit withholding tax forms promptly to avoid late payment penalties.

The Saudi Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has reminded establishments subject to Withholding Tax in the Kingdom to submit their October 2025 withholding tax forms by 10 November.

This announcement was made on 5 November 2025.

Businesses are encouraged to submit forms promptly through ZATCA’s website to avoid late payment penalties. A 1% penalty is applied on unpaid tax for every 30 days of delay beyond the due date.

ZATCA also advised taxpayers seeking more information on withholding tax to contact the 24/7 unified call centre at 19993, reach out via the “Ask ZATCA” account on X (@Zatca_Care), email info@zatca.gov.sa, or use instant chat services on the website.

Withholding Tax applies to payments made from a source in Saudi Arabia to non-resident entities without a permanent establishment in the Kingdom, in line with Article 68 of the Income Tax Law and Article 63 of its Implementing Regulations.
