The Saudi Arabian Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has announced the eligibility criteria for Group 19 taxpayers in the integration phase of e-invoicing on 27 December 2024.
The 19th phase will include all taxpayers whose revenues subject to VAT exceeded SAR 1.75 million during 2022 or 2023.
ZATCA explained that it will notify all targeted taxpayers in the 19th wave to integrate their E-invoicing solutions with the (Fatoora) Platform by no later than 30 September 2025.
