San Marino’s Parliament approved the ratification of the income and capital tax treaty with Kuwait on 22 April 2025.
The treaty will come into effect once the instruments of ratification are exchanged and will be applicable from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
Earlier, Kuwait’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that officials from Kuwait and San Marino signed an income and capital tax treaty on 27 September 2024.
