The agreement will enter into force after the exchange of ratification instruments.
The government of Rwanda approved the ratification of the income tax treaty with Nigeria on 16 July 2025.
Earlier, on 27 June 2025, Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Information and National Orientation announced that it had signed an income tax treaty with Rwanda.
The agreement will enter into force after the exchange of ratification instruments.
