On 5 February 2020, Russian Federal Tax Service published a notice amending the deadline for filing of 2019 withholding tax (WHT) returns by tax agents.
The notice have been in force since 1 January 2020, the WHT returns are required to file no later than 1 March (previously, 1 April) of the year following. As 1 March 2020 is a weekend day, the 2019 WHT returns must be submitted no later than 2 March 2020.
