Treasury Department (PRTD) has published a guide Information Bulletin 17-17 on Circular Letter (CL) 17-13, which has deferred the due dates for particular tax returns and payment accountabilities due to the exceptional circumstances stated by the governor of Puerto Rico because of Hurricane Irma. Information Bulletin 17-17 notes that all returns, statements and payments originally due on 10th September 2017 are due on 18th September 2017. All payments and deposits originally due on 15th September 2017 are now due on 22nd September 2017 and return or statements originally due on 15th September 2017 and now due on 29th September 2017.
