On 20 September 2021, the Puerto Rico Department of State has issued Administrative Order 2021-05, extending the due date to 22 November 2021 for filing annual corporate reports for 2020 due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Previously, taxpayers have requested and paid the extension until 19 July 2021.
