The amending protocol to a treaty between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan has entered into force on 10 October 2018. It was signed on 23 March 2017 for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2019.
