Pakistan’s Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) published a Notification S.R.O. 949(I)/2024 on 3 July 2024, which includes new returns forms available for companies, salaried persons, and business individuals for the tax year 2024.
The forms are presented as screenshots of English-language versions of the electronic forms. The electronic copies of returns for these categories were notified via SRO949 of 2024, which was issued on 4 July, 2024.
The notification also includes amendments to the income tax rules.
Under another notification SRO0950, the FBR issued manual income tax return forms for individuals for the tax year 2024, incorporating additional amendments to the income tax rules.
