Oman and Estonia signed an income tax treaty in Muscat on 27 October 2024.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman by HE Nasser bin Khamis Al Jashmi, Chairman of the Tax Authority, and on behalf of the Government of Estonia by HE Ingrid Amer, the accredited Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia to the Sultanate of Oman.

The agreement aims to regulate tax imposition mechanisms and provide legal protection for investors from double taxation, thereby promoting investments and trade exchange between the two countries.
