The OECD has published comments received on the White Paper on transfer pricing documentation issued on 30 July 2013. The comments received from more than forty commentators are to be discussed by Working Party No. 6 of the OECD’s Committee on Fiscal Affairs at its meeting in November 2013. A public consultation on the issue is to be held in Paris on 12 and 13 November 2013.
