The lower house of the Dutch parliament approved the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Zambia on 24 October 2017 for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income. Once in force and effective, the new treaty will replace the existing DTA of 1977.
