The Ministry of Industry and Construction (MIC) of Kazakhstan has introduced a proposal to broaden the list of goods that qualify for a zero VAT rate in special economic zones (SEZs).
This move aims to enhance economic activities in these zones by including a wider variety of items such as construction materials, machinery parts, and food products.
These goods must be fully used in activities that align with the objectives of the SEZs.
