The Greek Public Revenue Authority (AADE) has expanded the lists of reportable and participating jurisdictions for financial data exchanges under the CRS.
The Greek Public Revenue Authority (AADE) has issued Circular A.1069 on 20 May 2025, updating the jurisdictions involved in the automatic exchange of financial account information under the Common Reporting Standard (CRS).
The latest revision expands the scope of reportable and participating jurisdictions for exchanges taking place in 2025.
The update includes Moldova and Ukraine as reportable jurisdictions for financial data covering 2023 and 2024, while Albania, Belize, and Uganda have been added for 2024.
Additionally, the list of participating jurisdictions has been expanded, with Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine joining from 2024 and Uganda from 2025.
