On 18 April 2022, the Greek Public Revenue Authority (AADE) published Circular A.1051 of 18 April 2022, which determines the lists of jurisdictions with which Greece wants implement the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) Reports based on par. 1 of article eight of Part Two of Law 4490/2017 for data of the tax year 2020.
