The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has launched an online portal to easily facilitate compliance, processing and collection of taxes by the authority, on 4th November 2014 at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning.
The portal would re-engineer business processes; deploy state-of-the-art application software and hardware and other solutions for the GRA and the Registrar General’s Department. Services on offer on the portal include online taxpayer identification number, registration, an electronic medium for taxpayers to be served and receive their tax assessments, for them to file returns, make online payments and verify taxpayer account balances.
