Germany has confirmed 115 jurisdictions for the 2025 automatic exchange of financial account information, with reporting due by 31 July 2025.

The German Ministry of Finance released the final list of 115 jurisdictions participating in the automatic exchange of financial account information for the 2025 calendar year on 3 June 2025.

The publication outlines the countries where Germany will exchange information under the DAC2, the CRS Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (CRS MCAA), and various bilateral automatic exchange agreements.

Financial institutions must submit the relevant data for the 2024 reporting year by the deadline of 31 July 2025.
