Representatives from Ethiopia and Hungary met in Addis Ababa for a second round of negotiations for a DTA.
Ethiopia and Hungary have concluded a second round of negotiations for the avoidance of double taxation in Addis Ababa, following discussions in the first round held in Budapest.
At the commencement of the negotiation, Ato Tewedaj Mehammed, Head of the Legal Affairs Department at the Ministry of Finance and Head of the negotiation team, Ethiopia, said that the agreement will eliminate double taxation, strengthen the relationship and facilitate business development between the two countries.
If an agreement is reached it will require signing and ratification before it can enter into force.
