Ecuador’s Internal Revenue Service (SRI) in a notice, announced an updated annex for the annual tax compliance report for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2023.
The notice outlines submission deadlines, which range from 10 July to 28 July, 2024, based on the ninth digit of the taxpayer’s tax ID (RUC). Taxpayers whose financial statements are audited must submit the annual tax compliance report, including the auditor’s opinion on their compliance with tax obligations.
