On 31 March 2020, the Ministry of Taxation announced that all the deadlines of tax filing for the 2019 income year and transfer pricing documentation is postponed until 1 September 2020. Employees with an annual tax assessment due date of 1 May 2020, small businesses with a tax assessment deadline of 1 July 2020, self-employed persons or persons with income from abroad with a tax assessment deadline of 1 July 2020, and companies and other legal entities with a tax assessment deadline of 31 March and later are eligible for this extension. In addition, no application is necessary for getting this extended deadline.
