A Bill regarding the automatic exchange of advance cross-border rulings and advance pricing arrangements has been approved by the lower chamber of the parliament of Czech Republic on 11th January 2017. It implements the provisions of Council Directive (EU) 2015/2376. The government had submitted a bill introducing changes to the Law on International Cooperation in Tax Administration to the parliament on 17th July 2016. The bill has to be approved by the Senate and signed into law by the President for becoming law.
