On 11 December 2017, the Cyprus Tax Department issued two notices with extensions of the deadline for submission of CbC reports for the fiscal years 2016 and 2017. The deadline for submission of country by country reports for fiscal year 2016 is the 28th of February 2018 rather than 31st of December 2017. And the reporting deadline for submission of notification for country by country reporting for the year 2017 is the 15th of January 2018 rather than 31st of December 2017.
