The Costa Rican Ministry of Finance published a discussion draft on 12 December 2016 on a resolution regarding guidelines on transfer pricing documentation. The requirements under the guideline set out the operations of companies within the economic group; and operations of the local corporation and the manner in which the local corporation operates in the country.
The discussion draft is to be published in the Official Gazette. Once published, public comments may be submitted within a 10-day period.
