The Decree 2120 of 15 December 2017 clarifies the responsibility for Colombian taxpayers of notification of the filing of the Country by Country (CbC) Report and it is applicable as of fiscal year 2016 contains the information related to the global allocation of income and taxes paid by the multinational group.
As per the decree tax payers are obliged to submit the CbC Report corresponds to those multinational groups that for the Fiscal Year 2015 have recorded consolidated revenues equal to or more than 81 million and must file the master file in accordance with the recommendations of BEPS Action Plan 13.
