The Chamber of Deputies of Chile approved the bill for ratifying the pending protocol of Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with China for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income. It is now pending for approval in the Senate. It was signed on 29 May 2018.
