Cambodia sets a 0% customs duty on new goods originating from and imported directly from the US.
Cambodia’s government issued Sub-Decree No. 139 on 8 August 2025, establishing a 0% customs duty rate on goods originating from and imported directly from the US.
The 0% import duty applies only to new goods and excludes used or second-hand items.
The sub-decree took effect immediately and does not specify an end date.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump imposed 19% tariffs on exports from Cambodia on 31 July 2025.
