On 12 October 2020, the Ministry of Finance declared further extension of the deadline for filing corporate income tax (CIT) return to 16 November 2020 for Assessment Year 2020. Previously, the corporate income tax returns filing deadline had been extended to 29 October 2020. As the Local file form (275LF) is constitutes part of the CIT return, the extension of the deadline to 16 November 2020 also applies to the filing of the Local file form.
