A draft Royal Decree is approved by the Council of Ministers of Belgium with a purpose to strengthen the structural reduction of employers’ social security contributions.
An increased rate of structural reduction of employers’ social security contributions for employees in category 1is offered in the draft Royal Decree.This category consists with all workers under all sections of the Belgian social security system.
The other two categories consist with employees in the non-profit sector (category 2) and workers employed under the Joint Committee for adapted work enterprises and social workshops (category 3).
