On 24 February 2017, the Belgian Council of Ministers approved the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the automatic exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) reports that was signed by Belgium on 27 January 2016. The agreement will be subject to the approval of the parliaments of the regions and communities.
