The benefit will remain in effect until 31 October 2025, or until export sales declarations total USD 7 billion, whichever comes first.
Argentina has published Decree No. 682 in the Official Bulletin on 22 September 2025, which introduces a temporary 0% export duty rate for certain goods listed in the regulation’s annex.
This policy is effective from 23 September 2025 until 31 October 2025, or until Sworn Export Sales Declarations (DJVE) reach a total of USD 7 billion, whichever occurs first.
To benefit from this measure, exporters are required to settle at least 90% of foreign currency earnings within three business days of submitting their DJVE.
Failure to comply will result in the reinstatement of the previous duty rate and exclusion from future benefits until the issue is resolved.
