Argentina’s tax and customs agency (ARCA) announced that its ARCA mobile app now allows users to register their Uniform Bank Code (CBU) on 10 November 2025.
This mobile app will make it easier and faster for citizens to manage payments under the simplified tax regime, enroll in payment plans, and request refunds of withheld taxes, among other procedures.
With a single action, this new feature ensures timely and consistent compliance with taxpayer obligations, preventing omissions and reducing unintentional payment delays. It also simplifies refund requests.
The ARCA mobile app also provides access to a secure environment that protects user accounts with facial recognition and biometric security. This, combined with the security of the Tax Code, guarantees the protection of entered data.
This new feature of the mobile app aligns with the Argentine government’s strategy of modernising and digitising public services, aiming to facilitate taxpayers’ compliance with their tax obligations.
