Angola introduced a transfer pricing rule with a Presidential Decree n. 14713 on June 2014. According to the decree, the taxpayers require to submit transfer pricing documentation by the end of June 2014 to the tax management for the 2013 tax year. The requirement for submitting a transfer pricing file is applied to only those transactions which are entered into by taxpayers in the 2014 tax year.
