The Government of Andorra announced the signing of a Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with the UK on 20 February 2025.
The agreement, formalized by Noëlia Souque, Andorra’s Secretary of State for International Financial Affairs, aims to eliminate double taxation on income and wealth taxes while preventing tax evasion between the two nations.
This marks the first treaty of its kind between Andorra and the UK and will come into effect once the ratification instruments have been exchanged.
