Argentina’s tax authority (ARCA) has extended the deadline for individuals to file 2025 income tax returns from 13 October to 30 October 2026 under General Resolution 5911/2026.

Argentina’s tax authority (ARCA) announced, on 8 October 2026, that it extended the deadline for individuals to file 2025 income tax returns to 30 October 2026 under General Resolution 5911/2026, published in the Official Gazette.

The extension follows ongoing discussions between the agency and professional associations representing the economic sciences sector to facilitate taxpayers’ compliance with filing requirements.

Earlier, ARCA extended the deadline for individual income tax returns for the 2025 tax year to 13 October 2026 under General Resolution No. 5898/2026, published on 18 September 2026. However, the deadline for the first advance payment for the 2026 fiscal year remains unchanged at 24 September 2026.
