Slovenia’s Financial Administration has launched a testing phase for Pillar Two top-up tax returns on the BETA eDavki portal. Covering QDMTT, IIR, and UTPR rules, the new functionality allows taxpayers to trial GloBE-ODPD and GloBE-OPD submissions before the forms go live on the production system in mid-May.

The Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia (FURS) announced, on 6 May 2026, that it has enabled test submissions of Pillar Two top-up tax returns on the BETA eDavki portal.

The functionality covers two types of returns. The GloBE-ODPD return is used for declaring top-up tax under the Qualified Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax (QDMTT) rule, while the GloBE-OPD return is used for declaring top-up tax under the Income Inclusion Rule (IIR) and the Undertaxed Profits Rule (UTPR).

Both the GloBE-ODPD and GloBE-OPD returns are now available for testing purposes on the BETA eDavki system. The authority also indicated that these forms are expected to be made available on the production eDavki portal during the week of 11 May to 15 May 2026.

The development forms part of the ongoing implementation of Pillar Two  reporting requirements, allowing taxpayers to prepare for compliance ahead of the live rollout.
