AADE has launched a digital application offering taxpayers real-time information on joint liability tax debts, including settlement status and payment arrangements, accessible via the myAADE portal.

Greece’s Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) has announced the launch of a new digital application designed to provide taxpayers with immediate information on certified debts against legal persons or entities for which they bear joint and several liability, in accordance with Article 49 of the Tax Procedure Code (Law 5104/2024, A’ 58).

According to AADE, the new application enables interested parties to obtain detailed information on debts arising from their participation in the management or representation of legal persons or entities for which they are liable under Article 49 of the Tax Procedure Code. Users can also view the status of these debts, including whether they have been included in a debt instalment payment arrangement, as well as the details of such arrangements and whether the arrangement is currently active or has been lost.

The application further supports taxpayers by serving as an information tool facilitating their reinstatement in a lost debt settlement arrangement concerning a legal person or entity, as provided under case (d) of paragraph 1 of Article 49 of the Tax Procedure Code and Decision A.1079/2025 (Government Gazette B’ 3493).

Access to the digital application is available through the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr), following the navigation path: My Account (Debts, Payments & Refunds) > Debts from Joint Liability.

This announcement was made on 24 April 2026.
