Among the tax-related decisions, the Council approved a draft Grand Ducal regulation amending the amended Grand Ducal regulation of 13 February 2018 implementing Article 4(2) of the law of 23 December 2016 on country-by-country reporting.

Among the tax-related decisions, the Council approved a draft Grand Ducal regulation amending the amended Grand Ducal regulation of 13 February 2018 implementing Article 4(2) of the law of 23 December 2016 on country-by-country reporting.

The amendment supplements the list of jurisdictions subject to reporting for country-by-country reports to be submitted by multinational enterprise groups for fiscal years beginning on or after 1 January 2025. The update adds the Dominican Republic, Mongolia, Senegal, and Tunisia to the list.
