AADE presented the EU Multi-Annual Plan, outlining strategic priorities for digital transformation, taxpayer compliance, and implementation of EU tax policy.

Greece’s Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) unveiled a new Multi-Annual Plan (MAP) for EU tax administrations on 6 November 2025.

The plan focuses on three main pillars:

  1. Digital Transformation: Leveraging technological tools, developing common and interoperable IT infrastructures, and strengthening digital skills.
  2. Taxpayer Compliance: Enhancing voluntary compliance and public trust, addressing the complexity of European tax rules, and aligning with European initiatives.
  3. Implementation of European Tax Policy and Legislation: Promoting consistency and effectiveness in the application of EU rules by member states.

The MAP reflects Greece’s commitment to developing modern, resilient, and cooperative tax administrations across Europe, aiming for a fairer and more efficient tax system.
