Russia’s tax authority, the Federal Tax Service (FTS), has opened a consultation regarding proposed changes to the list of jurisdictions participating in the automatic exchange of country-by-country (CbC) reports.
Under the proposed amendments, the updated list will feature 45 states and 10 territories, with new additions including Albania, Cameroon, the Dominican Republic, the Faroe Islands, Mauritania, Montserrat, and Papua New Guinea.
However, all European Union Member States are set to be removed from the list.
Currently, the list comprises 67 states and 8 territories, as outlined in FTS decree No. ЕД-7-17/1226, issued on 20 December 2022.
Stakeholders have until 17 September 2025 to provide their feedback.
Earlier, the FTS updated its automatic exchange list for country-by-country reports, reducing it to 45 states and 10 territories from the previous 67 states and 8 territories as of 31 December 2024.
